Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked via DocSeva, operated by Ridely Mobility Pvt Ltd.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Doctor Consultations: You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Lab Tests: Lab tests can be cancelled up to the time the phlebotomist starts the journey for home collection. Once the sample is collected, no cancellations are allowed.
- Ambulance Rides: Ambulance rides cancelled within 5 minutes of booking are penalty-free. After 5 minutes or if the driver has reached the location, a base fee will be charged as cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation rules above, the refund will be initiated automatically.
- Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking (via Cashfree).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
- In case of a failed service (e.g., doctor unavailable, lab issue), a 100% refund will be provided.
